These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hh77 ("hh77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hh77 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your hh77 account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• hh77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• hh77 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud prevention systems identify irregular patterns.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same account, or to a verified account held in the player's own name.

• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account. Real money funds are wagered first before bonus funds are used, unless otherwise stated.

All betting and gaming activity on hh77 is subject to the following general rules, as well as any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform:

• All bets and wagers placed on hh77 are final once confirmed. hh77 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hh77. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one hh77 account simultaneously or sequentially after account closure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise interact with hh77 in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including poker, Callbreak, or any other multiplayer card game offered on hh77.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of inside information in connection with any sports betting market on hh77.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in the hh77 platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using hh77 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

All content on the hh77 platform — including but not limited to the hh77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game assets, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hh77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hh77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any hh77 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any hh77 content or software.
• Use any hh77 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an affiliation with hh77 without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the hh77 platform.

Any unauthorised use of hh77 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hh77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hh77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted through hh77.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or platform unavailability that prevent you from placing or settling bets.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast.
• Any actions taken by hh77 in good faith to comply with its regulatory obligations, including account verification, fund holds, or account restrictions.

hh77's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hh77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hh77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We recognise that while the vast majority of players enjoy our Services as entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours. hh77 takes this seriously and has implemented the following responsible gaming measures:

• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within a reasonable time period.
• Discovery that a player is not eligible to use hh77 Services under Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after deduction of any withheld bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. hh77 is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms involving fraud or prohibited conduct.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their hh77 account may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending bets, which will be settled in accordance with normal procedures.

hh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hh77 will provide notice to registered players via email or through a prominent notification on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of hh77 Services after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using hh77 Services and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hh77 holds its international gaming licence. Pakistani domestic law does not govern the operation of hh77 or the interpretation of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and hh77, the following process applies:

3. Arbitration: For unresolved disputes, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by hh77's licensing jurisdiction, in preference to litigation in any court.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
